High Holy Days Tickets – Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Do I need to be a member to purchase High Holy Days tickets?
No. The Neshamah Institute has no membership and no dues. As a result, our High Holy Days tickets are open to everyone in the Boca Raton, Delray Beach, and Palm Beach County communities. All you need is a ticket and a willingness to show up.
Q: I’m not very observant / I haven’t been to synagogue in years. Is this the right place for me?
It absolutely is. Neshamah services are designed to be accessible and meaningful for every background and level of observance. You do not need to know Hebrew, follow along in the prayerbook, or have any prior experience. Just come as you are. Rabbi Amy’s warmth and Sharon Shear’s music make it easy to feel at home.
Q: Where are High Holy Days services held?
Services take place at the Performing Arts Theater at Atlantic Community High School, Delray Beach. Parking is available directly in front of the building.
Q: Does Neshamah offer a streaming option? How does a streaming ticket work?
Yes, we are happy to offer high quality streaming this year. A separate ticket form is required for a streaming ticket. Click here for the Live Stream Ticket Form. The link is for your household only and should not be shared. Streaming tickets are $36 per household.
Q: What is Yizkor?
Yizkor is the memorial service on Yom Kippur morning, a deeply moving time to remember those we have loved and lost. It is open to the community and free of charge. You are welcome to invite any friends or neighbors to join us.
Q: What is the Beach Break-the-Fast?
The Beach Break-the-Fast is our beloved tradition of ending Yom Kippur together on the water. We gather at the beach to break the fast as a community. It is joyful, beautiful, and one of the most meaningful things we do together all year. Details will be shared with all registered attendees.
