When asked, Sharon Shear will answer that, next to her family, the greatest gift she has been given is the chance to infuse Jewish spirit through music into her South Florida community. For over 10 years, Sharon has provided Jewish musical worship, education and entertainment in a variety of settings including Jewish preschools, Hebrew Schools and Jewish camps, as well as Jewish Services, Holiday Programs, and Havdallah campfire sing-along songs.

Sharon is thrilled to be a part of The Neshamah Institute as she recognizes the vital role it will play in the Jewish lives of many South Floridians. She is married to her husband, Laurence, for 20 years and together they have two incredible daughters: Samantha, 16 and Jamie, 13. In her secular vocation, Sharon is a Junior Partner on a team of Financial Advisors who serve the needs of business owners throughout the United States.

Fast forward 21 years later- she and her husband are the proud parents of two amazing boys. In Monica’s professional life, she partners with her family to continue the legacy of her late father in running their cosmetic business.
